This is completely up to you. It’s always nice to turn on your video before we begin and after we finish to say “hello” and “goodbye” - but, it’s definitely not mandatory. It’s perfectly fine if you wish to keep your video off the whole time. I do ask that you use your correct name.
Yes, definitely! Everyone and all levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to join. For beginners, I always show options and I’m always so happy to see people use those options. It means that you are listening to your body and progressing at your own speed.
I mute all participants before I start the class. Therefore you need not worry about any noises disrupting the other participants. And I encourage you to welcome any of those noises or disruptions around you as part of your experience and your practice. No point in letting them cause any annoyance in your mind. Oh and, of course, I can’t mute myself, so if you are lucky you will hear my cat dropping by for a visit!

You can be in any position that is comfortable for you. Sitting on the floor, on a cushion, on a chair or even lying down is fine. Your choice!
For the wellness sessions, we can work with as much or as little equipment you have. For yoga sessions, I recommend that you have a yoga mat.
